Welcome to Ermine Smart Home LLC, a provider of professional smart home, surveillance, networking, and audiovisual solutions. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered
Ermine Smart Home LLC provides installation, configuration, and support for:
• Surveillance Systems
• Network & Wi-Fi Solutions
• Home Automation
• Home Theater
• Intercom & Access Control Systems
• Landscape Audio Systems
• TV Mounting and Dismounting

All services are subject to a detailed estimate and written service agreement prior to
commencement.


2. Quotes and Payments
• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit may be required before service is scheduled.
• Full payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We accept: Check, credit card, ACH, PayPal, etc.


3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Ermine Smart Home LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions,
safety concerns, or product availability.


4. Warranty and Liability
Ermine Smart Home LLC provides free service and support for all installation work and equipment we supply for a period of 90 calendar days after project completion, provided the equipment remains in its original condition and any warranty seals are intact. This includes corrections of any issues caused by installation errors or technician mistakes performed by our team.

No warranty or complimentary service is offered for any equipment not provided by Ermine Smart Home LLC; support for such equipment may be available at an additional cost. After the 90-day period, manufacturer warranties will apply to the hardware we have supplied. However, any labor, diagnostics, removal, shipping, or reinstallation related to those warranty claims will be billable, even if the equipment issue is covered by the manufacturer.Ermine Smart Home LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third-party equipment, environmental factors, misuse, or unauthorized modifications made after installation.


5. Client Responsibilities
• Ensure clear and timely access to the installation site.
• Provide accurate and complete information regarding existing infrastructure.
• Obtain all necessary approvals (e.g., HOA, landlord, or building permits) prior to
installation.
• Ensure that all necessary utilities (e.g., power, internet) are functional on the day of
service.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and designs—is the intellectual property of Ermine Smart Home LLC and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.


7. Privacy Policy
Ermine Smart Home LLC respects your privacy. Any personal information provided through our website or during service will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.


8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ermine Smart Home LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or equipment failure.


9. Service Area
Our services are available within BAY AREA, CA area. Projects outside of our standard service area may incur additional travel or accommodation fees, which will be disclosed in advance.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted
on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes
have been made indicates your acceptance of those changes.
