How we work.

Ermine Smart Home LLC is a California company, licensed and insured, and an authorized integrator of the brands we install - Savant, Control4, Lutron, KEF, MartinLogan, Sonos, JVC and others. Authorization matters: it means factory training, direct manufacturer support, and warranties that hold.

Every engagement begins with a site visit and a conversation about how the house is lived in - not a product catalog. From there we produce a written system design your architect or general contractor can build against, handle the low-voltage rough-in and finish work with our own team, and end with calibration: audio measured room by room, network load-tested, scenes refined after you have lived with them.

What clients notice most is what happens after the install. Systems we build are monitored remotely under Ermine Care; firmware stays current, small faults are fixed before they surface, and when you call, you reach the people who wired the house. That is the reason most of our work on the Westside arrives by referral - from homeowners, and from the builders and designers we have worked beside for eight years.
