In Sunset Park the mid century plans are low and wide, with flat roofs and little attic to work in, so we plan routes before we promise positions. Along Ocean Avenue and Wilshire the buildings are concrete and steel, and a penthouse needs its own access points and a conversation with the building before any cable is pulled.
