What systems and brands do you work with?
We are certified integrators for Savant, Control4 and Lutron, and we install Bang and Olufsen, KEF, Sonos, Denon and Marantz for audio, Sony and JVC for video, and Araknis and Ubiquiti for networking. We select equipment around your home and taste, not the other way around.
Will my home theater be designed specifically for my space?
Yes. Every room is engineered for its own acoustics, sightlines and light. We calibrate seating, screen size, speaker placement and treatment so the result suits your architecture rather than a template.
Can I control everything from one interface?
Yes. Lighting, climate, shades, audio, video, security and access live under a single Savant or Control4 interface, on your phone, a wall panel or a remote, with simple scenes for everyday use.
Will you need to open walls or make major changes?
It depends on whether it is new construction or a retrofit. In new builds we integrate wiring into the plans. In finished homes we work cleanly, conceal cabling and minimise disruption, and we discuss any access needs with you before we start.
How long does a project take?
A single media room can take a few days. A whole home system runs longer and is planned in phases around your schedule and any construction timeline. You receive a clear timeline before work begins.
Do you work with our architect, builder or interior designer?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with architects, builders and designers, and we prefer to join early so the technology is integrated invisibly into the design.
What happens after installation?
Our Ermine Care service keeps the system current: proactive monitoring, firmware updates and priority support, so issues are handled quietly before you notice them.
Is the system easy for the family and household staff to use?
Yes. We program intuitive scenes and label everything clearly, and we walk your household through the system on handover. Support is a phone call away.
Do you handle outdoor entertainment and landscape audio?
Yes. We install outdoor cinema, pool and terrace audio, and landscape speakers that disappear into the planting, tuned for open air.
How much does a project cost?
Every home is different, so we quote after an on site consultation and a clear, itemised proposal, with no hidden costs.
How do we get started?
Book a consultation. We visit, understand how you live in the home, and return with a design and proposal. From there we install, program and calibrate, then hand over and support.
